GMS model, Shawna Torrey seen from above. The photo might have been taken by a sneaky drone, an aircraft on final approach to John Wayne Airport, or even the International Space Station. But I took it, from an altitude of about five feet, and it’s one of my personal all time favorite of one of the GMS’ iconic members. And since Shawna is about 5’11”, it’s not easy to get a shot from above. This portrait of two spectacular and hypnotic eyes with a beautiful woman in the background reminds me that all great photos begin in the eyes.
